Abstract: In the process of construction of loading and unloading system for bulk fertilizer in Qinhuangdao port, we studied and manufactured a sort of equipment which can carry the packed fertilizer coming from mobile bagging unit to the carriage of the train, it is intituled carloader for short. This equipment conclude the function of going、turning、pitching、stretching and retracting, it′s price is low and the work of loading carriage is convenient, it is a new type machine which is deserved for spreading.

秦皇岛港为了尽快调整港口功能布局，向环渤海地区散货中心枢纽港目标迈进，陆续将其丙丁码头改造为散货专用码头。重要步骤之一是2001年将其丙码头改造为散化肥装卸专用码头，一期工程新建了容量为24万吨的封闭大库和装卸生产线，其中采用了很多新技术，也依靠自身力量研制了很多新设备，比如叶片式破碎机、大容量等厚振动筛、重型卸料车和拉车机等，尤其是装车设备，包括新型供料站、移动式大倾角波纹挡边输送机、移动式装车机等，技术含量较高，本文就移动式装车机的技术特点做一详细介绍。...
