    1 绪论
    日常工作生活中,很多报告、材料或者网络中查询的资料,需要通过纸质稿来存放,文件在保存时是离不开整理和装订的。因此文件的装订就显得愈发重要,订书机也逐渐成为了办公用品中不可缺少的一部分。在一些大型文印中心要求能够快速装钉且整齐美观,而普通订书机无法满足相关要求,此时就要有一种全新的订书装置来完成整理装订。可实现自动装钉的订书装置通过单片机控制,结构稳定,减轻了劳动强度,自动装钉机构提高了工作效率,可调节距离的装订盒可以满足了不同大小纸张。
    1.1 现有的订书机功能对比
    1.普通订书机

    普通订书机如图1-1所示,是一种功能较为单一的订书装置,每次最大的装订数量大约为20张纸,且只能实现“一次一钉”,在装订的过程中容易出现装钉不整齐,对于装订工作量较大的场合是非常不适用的。普通订书机只能适合对装钉要求不高、工作量小的办公室。
    2.重型订书机
    重型订书机如图1-2所示,是对上一种订书机的优化改进,它将普通订书机的装订纸张数量扩大,装订纸张大于100张,大大的超过了普通订书机,但相对而言,重型订书机的功能相对单一,工作效率低,没有解决装订不整齐等问题。于是产生了几种装订整齐、便捷的订书装置...
