一.引言
鉴于当前国际国内制造业科技发展形势和我国中小企业发展的实际情况，从长期全局角度考虑，有必要加快我国中小企业数字信息化建设的步伐，以适应日新月异、突飞猛进的现代国防工业科技发展速度。早在1994年，美国波音飞机公司在推出波音777大型双发运输机的时候，从设计、分析、制造、装配、管理等各个环节都已经全部实现全过程无纸化。
波音公司在767-X项目上，总结过去的试验经验，选用CAD/CAM系统作为设计工具，使设计员在计算机上以三维方式设计全部零件，进行电子预装配。这样，从工程部门到使用部门都可以共享这些设计模型，可以尽早获得有关技术集成、可靠性、可维护性、工艺性、便于服务等方面的反馈信息。 ...
