Abstract: Currently, car have come into every field of human society, especially in the industrial, agricultural, commercial and international trade, national defence construction .
On the main reducer, it is an important component of the car, located in the terminalof vehicle transmission system, also an important part of the drive axle.Its basic function is a universal transmission device transmits the engine torque through the main reducer, reduce speed, increase torque; the conical gear pair changing torque transmission direction . The assembly precision of main reducer assembly pair is high, the manufacturing and assembly quality of the drive axle and the vehicle has a crucial role in drive axle and even the car.

摘要：当前，汽车以进入人类社会的各个领域,尤其是工业、农业、商业与国际贸易、国防建设。
对主减速器而言，它是汽车的一个重要组成部分，位于汽车传动系统的末端，也是驱动桥中的一个重要部分，其基本功用是将万向传动装置传来的发动机转矩通过主减速器，实现降低转速、增大转矩；通过圆锥齿轮副改变转矩的传递方向[2]。主减速器的总成对装配精度要求很高，其制造与装配质量对驱动桥乃至整个汽车有至关重要的作用。

1 绪论
1.1 研究目的及意义
