V method, VRH and V 2EPC p rocess of cast ing is the new w h ich are developed in our count ry
in recent years . The p r incip le, the p rocedure, the matched vacuum system are int roduced in th is
paper . A lso give the main specif icat ions in var ious p rocess condit ions, the select ion p r incip les and
fo rmula .
摘 要 V 法、 VRH、 V 2EPC 工艺铸造是近年在我国发展起来的新铸造工艺, 本文介绍了其
原理, 简述了其过程, 介绍了与之配套的真空设备系统, 给出了不同工艺条件下真空设备主参
数和选择原则和公式。

随着我国机械工业的发展, 特别是机电产品出口的增加, 传统的粘土砂铸造工艺已不能满
国内外对铸造质量的要求, 为此铸造行业不断地进行设备的创新和技术改造。新工艺方式在
国不断采用, 其中V 法造型,VRH 工艺造型、 V 2EPC 工艺更是在我国的 90 年代迅猛发展,
