    最近几年,伴随着科技的发展以及市场经济的大力攀升,由于市场当中的对液体包装机的需求大大增加,通过查阅各类文献可以得知,该机械行业在相关的产业被大力发展,各个国家的液体包装机的市场竞争也十分激烈。液体包装机适用于关于液体类产品进行包装,在各个行业当中都有着其身影。整个机器的结构都选的是不锈钢进行制造,而且清洁卫生,灌装速度以及体积都是由一定范围可以进行调节的,适应不同的产品进行生产。
    通过对液体包装机的分析以及结构方面的设计,能接着对市场当中的液体包装机行业结构打下了坚实的基础,液体包装机向着自动化、智能化未来的趋势进行发展。全自动液体包装机主要是因为其送料机构,传动装置,封口装置,切断装置以及传输等好几个部分进行组装的,本次设计主要是对传动装置的设计,比如齿轮锥轮等等。
    因为全自动液体包装机整个功能比较健全,而且整个操作界面十分流畅,外观也比较精美,安全卫生,经济效率高,能保证整个产品的质量。

    Abstract

    In recent years, with the development of science and technology and the vigorous increase of market economy, the demand for liquid packaging machine in the market has increased greatly. Through consulting various literatures, we can know that the machinery industry has been vigorously developed in related industries, and the market competition of liquid packaging machine in various countries is also very fierce. Liquid packaging machine is suitable for packaging liquid products, and it has its presence in various industries. The structure of the whole machine is made of stainless steel, and it is clean and sanitary. The filling speed and volume can be adjusted in a certain range to adapt to different products.
    Through the analysis of the liquid packaging machine and the design of its structure, it can lay a solid foundation for the structure of the liquid packaging machine industry in the market, and the liquid packaging machine will develop towards the future trend of automation and intelligence. The full-automatic liquid packaging machine is mainly because of its feeding mechanism, transmission device, sealing device, cutting device and transmission of several parts of the assembly, this design is mainly on the transmission device design, such as bevel gear and so on.
