- 化工泵的毕业设计IH型标准化工泵是一种单级单吸的结构简单紧凑的离心泵。其悠久的历史注定了它技术的成熟，结构的完善。IH型标准化工泵是一种较低比转速的离心泵，故而泵效率均偏低。由于其叶轮一般比较长，故而设计成不扭曲的圆柱叶片，这样结构简单又能达到其性能要求。通过调研了解其生产现状和设计流程，根据调研结论，依据关醒凡老师的《现代泵设计手册》，结合调研结果，完成此次设计。
通过此次毕业设计熟悉泵的设计过程，综合考察大学四年所学的专业课。如工程材料、机械制图、机械加工工艺、叶片泵原理及设计等。
