    随着科学技术的发展,现代液压行业发展方向是向低耗能、低噪声、振动、无泄漏及无污染控制、应用水基介质等适应环保要求方向发展。本文是关于电动/手动两用型换向球阀设计,在原有的二位三通电磁球阀的结构的基础上,结合了电动和手动换向阀的特点,进行改进和设计。设计用Pro/ENGINEER软件实现三维建模和装配,并完成设计手动机构和其它连接的零件,最终实现电动、手动和三位四通的功能。电动/手动两用型换向球阀工作时,由于功能增加,使液压整体系统结构简化,使用时易于维护,并降低经济成本。提高液压系统的效率,顺应现代技术的发展要求。

    Abstract
    With the development of science and technology, modern hydraulic industry development direction is to the low power consumption, low noise, vibration, no leakage and no pollution control, water-based media applications such as environmental protection requirements to develop in the direction. In this paper is on the design of electrical operated/manual for the type of dual-use directional control valve, with the electrical and manual directional control valve to the characteristics of the original two position three way electromagnetic ball valve on the basis of the structure, and to improve the design. The design is Completed with the software of Pro/ENGINEER (Pro/E),three-dimensional (3-D) solid model and assembly of the valve, and for the use of Pro/E, complete the design of manual and other parts connected to the ultimate realization of electric, manual and three position four way function. With the electrical operated/ manual for the type of dual-use directional control valve of work, due to increase in function, so that the whole system of hydraulic structure simplified, easy to use, maintenance, and reduce the economic cost. Improve the efficiency of the hydraulic system; comply with the requirements for the development of modern technology.
